But what does this have to do with a food chain?

They're all eating each other. And it eventually cycles (Tankman gets eaten first and then later obliterates the final; and probably proceeds to get eaten again and so on and so forth).

and also when they say that's sephiroth to that

And Demyx saying HEy! specialy the slow motion,
and when Demyx get's defeated that was HILariouse(spell)
they're voice sounds so alike,
